Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage the day‑to‑day operations of United’s stockroom.
• Lead a customer‑service team in high‑value spaces to respond to challenges in real‑time and provide remedial action.
• Schedule employees, maintain office standards, and oversee office improvements.
• Integrate product and service offerings and manage human‑resource related functions such as entry and qualification procedures, change management, and training.
• Coordinate with third‑party vendors for food and beverage, fashion, and other contracted services.
• Liaise with vendor leaders on performance issues; support overall performance‑management processes and compliance with service‑level agreements.
• Assist the regional manager in designing, implementing, and measuring progress of action plans to improve customer satisfaction.
• Ensure preventive maintenance and repairs for bathrooms and other work areas are completed and documented.
• Provide full reports and summaries of work, with instructions and updates to management, support staff, and non‑management staff.
