Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Ability to understand and communicate verbal and written instructions in English.
• Must be detail-oriented and able to perform multiple tasks involving operation.

Responsibilities

• Make independent decisions on employee work assignments and locations based on operational needs.
• Direct employee work assignments in a professional and courteous manner.
• When operationally necessary, give direct order to agents refusing an assignment while maintaining professionalism and remaining calm.
• Promptly receive and respond to telephone and radio calls in a professional and timely manner.
• Complete daily reporting thoroughly, accurately, and in a timely manner.
• Project a positive image while responding openly, honestly, and timely to inquiries in a courteous manner.
• Perform other duties as required.
• Ability to be flexible and work schedules that span a 24/7 operation including weekends, holidays and work overtime as needed.
