Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Make independent decisions on employee work assignments and locations based on operational needs.
• Direct employee work assignments in a professional and courteous manner.
• When operationally necessary, give ‘’direct order’’ to agents refusing an assignment while maintaining professionalism and remaining calm.
• Promptly receive and respond to telephone and radio calls in a professional and timely manner.
• Complete daily reporting thoroughly, accurately, and in a timely manner.
• Project a positive image while responding openly, honestly, and timely to inquires in a courteous manner.
• Perform other duties as required.
• Ability to be flexible and work schedules that span a 24/7 operation including weekends, holidays and work overtime as needed. Work shifts will be assigned and may include late nights and early mornings.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of a high school diploma, GED or equivalent
• Ability to understand and communicate verbal and written instructions in English
• Must be detail-oriented and able to perform multiple tasks making independent decisions involving the operation
• Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills
• Intermediate experience with MS Office Applications
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Must pass pre-employment screenings
• Must meet necessary requirements to obtain a security sensitive identification badge.
• Must complete all training and maintain certification through employment
• Must possess and maintain a valid US state driver’s license (suspended, expired, revoked, or denied licenses are not valid)

• Previous airport and/or customer service experience preferred
• Previous supervisory experience preferred
