Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in transportation/aviation operations.
• Ability to respond to emergencies and make real-time decisions.
• Strong leadership to supervise shifting teams and coordinate with departments.
• Excellent customer-service orientation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of aviation regulations and compliance standards.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to liaise with security, ground handling, and airline partners.
• Must hold a valid state driver's license and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day airport operations during assigned shifts, ensuring efficient and safe procedures
• Coordinate with security, customer service, maintenance and other departments for seamless operations
• Respond to emergencies and unusual situations and maintain operational flow
• Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and company policies
• Monitor passenger flow and terminal activities, implementing adjustments for optimal service delivery
• Address and resolve customer complaints and operational issues in a timely manner
• Supervise, guide, and support operational staff, providing leadership and direction
• Communicate effectively with airline representatives, ground handlers, and airport authorities
• Perform any additional duties as assigned by management
