Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of wheelchair passenger services between team members, airline clients, and passengers.
• Dispatch Wheelchair Attendants efficiently while documenting service requests.
• Ensure timely passenger pick-up and drop-off in line with airline expectations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
• Monitor and ensure proper sign-out and return of radios, phones, and equipment.
• Coordinate breaks and meal periods for staff.
• Coordinate storage of wheelchairs in designated areas.
• Maintain open communication with team members and clients.
• Build strong relationships with airline partners and internal teams.
• Promote safety, accountability, and compliance among attendants.
• Ensure accurate incident reports for accidents or unusual events.
• Maintain wheelchair logs documenting all passenger assists.
