Inland Deicing Services invites you to join as Operations Manager at Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD). You will oversee the station's daily operations, hire and train staff, and drive quality assurance programs to ensure on-time tasks.

The role requires a BA/BS in a related field, at least five years of operations management experience, budget oversight, and relevant certifications (FAA/TSA, Hazmat, SIDA).

Qualifications

• BA/BS in related field of study required.
• 5 years of operations management experience.
• Experience with budgets and cost control.
• Familiarity with regulatory and airline policies and Hazmat handling.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations at assigned station and lead hiring/training.
• Perform station audits and respond to airline/FAA inquiries.
• Develop relationships with Airport Authority and customers.
• Coordinate safety investigations and implement preventive measures.
• Monitor equipment maintenance and provide safety training.
