The ideal candidate has a BA/BS, 5+ years of operations management, and knowledge of FAA/TSA, Hazmat and airline policies; strong budgeting, communication, and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in related field required.
• 5+ years of operations management experience.
• Background and clearance requirements must be met.
• FAA/TSA, Hazmat, SIDA, and equipment certification knowledge preferred.
• Strong budgeting, communication, and regulatory understanding.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily station operations and provide leadership to staff.
• Hire, train, and coach employees; manage budgets and QA programs.
• Conduct station audits and respond to airline/FAA inquiries.
• Develop relationships with Airport Authority and customers; implement improvements.
• Monitor safety, maintenance of equipment, and regulatory compliance.
