GSP Transportation Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager at our Savannah airport location to support the Airport Location Manager and supervise a team of nonexempt staff. You will direct operations, ensure safety, and drive customer satisfaction while managing staffing, scheduling, and performance.

Responsibilities include monitoring KPIs, coaching staff on upselling opportunities, and implementing process improvements to boost profitability and service quality. Evening/weekend work is required.

Competenze

• Must have 2–3 years of supervisory or management experience in a customer-facing, sales-driven environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage, coach, and hold accountable a team of 2+ employees.
• Strong communication, organizational, and independent decision-making skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; company is unable to sponsor work authorization.

Mansioni

• Oversee daily airport location operations and hold accountability for performance outcomes; direct the team rather than performing frontline tasks.
• Act as Airport Manager in absence—make independent staffing, operations, and customer decisions.
• Monitor KPIs such as fleet utilization, revenue, and customer satisfaction; lead process improvements.
