Job summary

Envoy Air Inc. is seeking a dedicated supervisor to lead and coordinate the activities of workers at our Savannah, GA location. You will interpret policies, enforce safety regulations, and drive performance across multiple teams to meet goals.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED (college degree preferred) and prior supervisory experience. Strong communication in English and the ability to motivate a team are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Must read, write and speak English fluently.
• Prior supervisory experience is preferred.
• Valid state driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Leads and coordinates the activities of workers in one or more occupations.
• Interprets company policies to workers and enforces safety regulations.
• Analyzes and resolves work problems, or assists workers in solving work problems.
• Initiates or suggests plans to motivate workers to achieve work goals.
• Recommends or initiates personnel actions, such as promotions, transfers, discharges, and disciplinary measures.
• May train new workers, maintains time and attendance records as well as personnel files and performance records.
• The Supervisor confers with other Supervisors and/or Managers to coordinate activities of individual departments.
• The Supervisor may confer with workers' representatives to resolve grievances.
