Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business administration, Hospitality, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in managing food, beverage, and retail operations across multiple locations.
• Proven track record in contributing to a multi-million-dollar business.
• Strong financial acumen and leadership abilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Support the Director in achieving financial, operational and guest service objectives.
• Help implement strategies to build a best-in-class culture and client satisfaction.
• Mentor potential future leaders and strengthen leadership pipelines.
• Maintain high standards of food safety and brand compliance across locations.
• Assist in budgeting processes and ensure targets are met or exceeded.
• Oversee staffing requirements and payroll guidelines with annual financials.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain client and vendor relationships.
