GSP Transportation seeks an Assistant Manager for our Greer, SC airport location. The role supports the Airport Location Manager by directing and developing the team, managing personnel, sales performance, and operations. The AM may serve as acting Airport Manager in absence.

Responsibilities include overseeing operations, supervising nonexempt staff, coaching on upselling, and ensuring safety and compliance. 401(k) matching, a company car, health and other benefits are provided.

Competenze

• Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory or management experience in a customer-facing, sales-driven environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage, coach, and hold accountable a team of 2 or more employees.
• Strong communication, organizational, and independent decision-making skills.
• Requires valid driver's license and U.S. work authorization.

Mansioni

• Oversee daily airport location operations and hold accountability for performance outcomes.
• Act as the Airport Manager in their absence and make staffing/operational decisions.
• Lead team coaching on upselling vehicle upgrades, protection products, and add-ons.
• Set service standards across airport touchpoints and resolve escalated customer concerns.
