GSP Transportation Inc in Fletcher, NC is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Airport Location Manager by directing the team, managing personnel, improving operations, and ensuring service and safety standards are met. The AM will oversee daily operations, coach staff, drive upsell and revenue, monitor KPIs, handle customer concerns, and coordinate fleet readiness.

This role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to make independent staffing decisions.

Competenze

• Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory or management experience in a customer-facing, sales-driven environment.
• Strong communication, organizational, and independent decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with rental management systems and business software.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; company is unable to sponsor work authorization.

Mansioni

• Oversee daily airport location operations and hold accountability for performance outcomes.
• Act as Airport Manager in the absence of the Manager, making staffing and operational decisions.
• Coach and motivate the team on upselling vehicle upgrades, protection products, and add-on services.
• Monitor customer satisfaction data and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Manage fleet readiness, vehicle inspections, and inventory accuracy.
• Ensure safety standards and regulatory compliance at the location.
