Job summary

CLEAR is seeking an Operations Manager for our airport leadership team in San Francisco. You will lead a team of hourly Ambassadors, coach on security, service, and sales, and report to the General Manager to optimize floor operations.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of leadership in customer-facing settings, strong communication, and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The role requires on-site presence at the airport and a non-traditional schedule.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of leadership in customer-facing operations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to motivate and influence.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in daily operations and team performance.
• Ensure adherence to CLEAR and TSA security procedures with integrity.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and development of Ambassadors.
