Job summary

Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint in California seeks an Assistant Director of Airport Operations to assist the Director in delivering exceptional airport services, managing food, beverage, and retail operations, and maintaining high guest experience standards.

You will help plan staffing, budgets, vendor relationships, compliance, and safety, mentor leaders, and foster a positive, high-performance culture while ensuring timely store openings and smooth daily floor operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Hospitality, or related field.
• 5+ years of management in food, beverage, and retail operations across multiple locations (10+).
• Proven track record with multi-million-dollar business performance.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to analyze performance.
• Excellent leadership and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director in achieving financial and guest service objectives.
• Mentor potential future leaders and build leadership pipeline.
• Maintain high standards of food safety and brand compliance across locations.
• Manage budgets and ensure payroll compliance and schedules.
• Collaborate with various units to implement strategies and maintain venue openings.
