Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint is seeking a Unit General Manager I for our airport retail operations. Lead and drive exceptional results, shape a positive culture, and manage key client relationships while ensuring premium service and adherence to company standards.

You will mentor the management team, oversee inventory, training initiatives, and daily store activities to achieve financial and customer service objectives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of retail management experience.
• Basic communication skills.
• Ability to organize shift-level tasks.

Responsibilities

• Follow all policies, procedures, standards and training programs.
• Oversee merchandise inventory and verify and oversee reconciliation process for deliveries.
• Resolve immediate customer concerns about product quality or service.
• Maintain store presentation standards and complete required documentation.
• Forecast labor and staff schedules and ensure compliance with company guidelines.
