Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager, uphold brand standards, and inspire the team. You will train, coach, and recognize staff to deliver memorable customer experiences. In GM's absence, you’ll manage daily operations, drive performance, and ensure safety and quality standards.

The role emphasizes leadership, accountability, and a personable, hands-on management style in a fast-paced restaurant setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Assist with P&L management by following cash control procedures, inventory, and labor.
• Provide training, coaching, and recognition to team members.
• Demonstrate strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations in GM's absence.
• Uphold brand standards and MIC Success Routine.
• Recruit, interview, and hire Team Members.
• Oversee food safety standards and Shift Excellence responsibilities.
• Assist with Profit & Loss management and cash handling.
• Review financial reports and take actions to improve performance.
