Job summary

Qualifications

• Three years of analytical experience.
• Two years of airport experience.
• Excel proficiency.
• Must obtain/maintain SIDA badge.
• Creative thinking to solve problems.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot problems.
• Strong research and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Utilize and oversee the Inform GS RealTime system to assign tasks to AO/GO crewmembers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve task assignment issues in real-time.
• Identify hourly risks or areas of additional efficiency opportunities.
• Continually monitor inbound and outbound flight activity.
• Monitor baggage and passenger counts to ensure AO/GO teams are properly resourced.
• Collaborate with administrative team to share insights on operations and staffing impacts.
• Work with crewmembers from other teams on organizational initiatives.
• Perform other front-line supervisory duties as assigned.
