Job summary

JetBlue is seeking an Airport Operations Supervisor to lead and develop crewmembers, strengthen relationships with customers and internal teams, and execute operational strategy to ensure safe, on-time performance. You will mentor staff, coordinate with managers, manage training, and oversee daily operations above the wing, including customer check-in, baggage handling, and boarding processes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Three years of customer service, sales, or airline experience, or one year of JetBlue CEX experience.
• Able to stand for up to four hours.
• Proficient in written and verbal English.
• Able to travel and work variable hours, including holidays and weekends.
• Ability to perform under pressure.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and enforce safety and security programs at the station.
• Lead and oversee delivery of hospitality and JetBlue Promises to customers.
• Resolve escalated issues with customers and crewmembers.
• Coach and train crewmembers, supporting development and growth.
• Brief staff prior to shifts and communicate shift information to the on-duty crewleader.
