Job summary

CLEAR is seeking an Operations Manager to lead and coach a team of hourly Ambassadors at an airport station in Columbus, OH. You will report to the General Manager and drive daily operations, customer service, and sales performance in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of leadership in customer-facing settings, strong communication, and the ability to balance security with exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in a customer-facing operation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to motivate, mentor and influence others.
• Solid leadership and organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with employee engagement, customer satisfaction, sales and adhering to compliance standards.
• Proficiency in using technology daily in your work.
• Must be able to pass a government background investigation.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in essential duties for efficient station operations, enabling Ambassadors to perform security, service and sales duties.
• Ensure CLEAR and TSA policies are followed with high security and integrity.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and development of Ambassadors.
• Coach, mentor, and train the team to meet sales and customer service goals.
• Analyze metrics and feedback to improve team performance.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and participate in station leadership.
• Spend at least 80% of time on the floor in a customer-facing environment at the airport.
