Qualifications

• Lead and develop supervisors and frontline employees through coaching and training.
• Coordinate with airline representatives, airport authorities, vendors, and government agencies.
• Investigate operational incidents and implement corrective measures.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure safety and operational standards.
