Job summary

Menzies Aviation in Denver, CO seeks an Operations Agent to coordinate and communicate with all departments to ensure the safe loading and unloading of aircraft. You will serve as the primary operational contact for internal and external partners, helping to keep flights on time.

Requirements: bilingual in English and Spanish; 18+; valid US driver's license; pass pre-employment tests; read, write and speak English; able to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays; high school diploma

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Possess and maintain valid US driver's license.
• Pass pre-employment testing including a drug screen, FBI background, Customs Seal, and employment history.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Must be available and flexible to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate on-time, safe operations through effective communication with internal and external departments and agencies.
• Prepare, audit, and maintain flight-related paperwork, fuel records, and update flight information in all applicable programs.
• Assist in planning/coordinating irregular operations (including Long Tarmac Delays), customer and baggage coordination, cargo monitoring, and gate/remote parking management.
• Prevent delays and mitigate cancellation impacts by resolving issues or escalating to station leadership.
• Perform additional operational tasks as needed, including occasional ramp duties and required company/airline training.
