You will communicate with airline staff, airport personnel, and external agencies to uphold operational excellence and passenger satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the United States.
• Valid state driver's license with clean record.
• Ability to obtain required credentials (FAA, TSA, Port Authority, etc.).
• Excellent English communication (reading, writing, speaking).
• Minimum 1 year of airport operations or related experience.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily airport operations.
• Monitor flight schedules, gate assignments and resources.
• Liaise with airline reps, ground crew and air traffic control.
• Ensure compliance with aviation safety standards.
• Respond promptly to operational issues and emergencies.
• Provide timely information to staff and passengers about flight status.
• Manage passenger boarding and disembarking processes.
• Oversee baggage handling and related issues.
• Coordinate with maintenance for aircraft and facility upkeep.
• Assist in implementing emergency response plans and protocols.
• Monitor weather and its impact on operations.
• Prepare operational reports and logs.
• Facilitate inter-department communication.
• Participate in training and development for airport operations.
• Maintain high level of customer service and safety standards.
