Job summary

PrimeFlight Aviation Services is seeking an Operations Agent to coordinate daily airport activities, monitor schedules and gate assignments, and liaise with airline staff and air traffic control. You will ensure safety compliance, manage emergencies, and deliver clear updates to crews and passengers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of airport operations experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (spoken and written).
• Willingness to undergo background check and drug screen.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights and holidays.
• Experience using airport management software and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operational activities within the airport.
• Monitor flight schedules, gate assignments, and resources.
• Liaise with airline reps, ground crew, and air traffic control.
• Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and safety standards.
• Respond promptly to operational issues and emergencies.
• Provide timely flight status updates to staff and passengers.
• Manage passenger boarding and baggage handling processes.
• Coordinate maintenance for aircraft and facilities.
• Assist in emergency response planning and drills.
• Monitor weather impacts on operations and prepare reports.
• Facilitate cross-department communication and training.
• Uphold PrimeFlight customer service and safety standards.
