Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries by email, fax, or phone and resolve issues with one call when possible.
• Verify customer accounts and active services using databases and software.
• Log customer complaints and route to appropriate department(s).
• Assist with crowd management and airport guidance as needed.
