PrimeFlight Aviation Services is seeking an Operations Agent to oversee day-to-day airport operations, including flight schedules, gate management, and baggage handling. You will liaise with airline staff, ground crews, and authorities to maintain safety, efficiency, and passenger satisfaction.

The role emphasizes compliance with aviation regulations, clear communication, and proactive problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of experience in airport operations or related field.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Eligible to work in the United States and capable of obtaining necessary credentials.
• Willingness to work various shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate daily operational activities within the airport.
• Monitor flight schedules, gate assignments and airport resources.
• Liaise with airline representatives, ground crew and air traffic control.
• Ensure compliance with aviation safety standards and regulations.
• Respond promptly to operational issues and emergencies.
• Provide timely information to staff and passengers about flight status.
• Oversee passenger boarding, baggage handling and aircraft services.
• Coordinate with maintenance for aircraft and facility upkeep.
• Assist in implementing emergency response plans and weather-related decisions.
• Prepare accurate operational reports and logs.
