Job summary

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older and eligible to work in the U.S.
• HS Diploma or GED required
• At least 1 year in wheelchair assistance, customer service, hospitality, or airport operations
• At least 1 year of lead or supervisory experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong leadership and conflict-resolution abilities
• Able to work in a fast-paced airport environment
• Willing to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime
• Knowledge of ADA compliance and passenger assistance standards
• Able to stand, walk, lift, and push as needed

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily wheelchair assistance operations across terminals, gates, and baggage claim areas.
• Assign schedules, monitor staffing, and coordinate service requests for efficiency.
• Ensure timely, professional mobility assistance for passengers.
• Coach, train and develop wheelchair agents; address performance issues.
• Resolve escalated passenger concerns and maintain service quality.
• Coordinate with airline personnel, gate agents, dispatchers and operations teams.
• Ensure compliance with airport safety procedures, TSA, ADA, and company policies.
• Maintain operational reports, staffing records and incident documentation.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, attendance management and disciplinary actions.
• Respond to irregular operations, delays, and high passenger volumes.
