Job summary

CLEAR is hiring in Nashville to serve travelers at the terminal as a Member Growth/Sales Ambassador. You will engage travelers, present CLEAR’s benefits, enroll new members, and contribute to sales goals in a high-energy, face-to-face setting.

The role emphasizes driving enrollments, membership growth, and outstanding customer service, with earnings consisting of an hourly base plus uncapped commissions. Flexibility for shifts including weekends/holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Confident and resilient with the ability to engage customers and stay motivated after challenges.
• Clear, engaging communication and the ability to adapt messages for travelers.

Responsibilities

• Drive new member enrollments by approaching travelers, delivering a concise pitch, handling objections, and closing sales.
• Grow and retain membership by supporting renewals/reactivations and encouraging referrals.
• Tailor solutions by recommending offerings (e.g., TSA PreCheck enrollment, bag drop, concierge) based on traveler needs.
• Create great experiences by keeping interactions warm, efficient, and guiding travelers to enrollment.
• Own results by staying focused and driving individual and team sales outcomes.
• Operate safely and compliantly by following security protocols and CLEAR standards, verifying IDs and travel documents.
