CLEAR is building easier, safer, and faster experiences at the airport. As a Member Growth/Sales Ambassador, you’ll be the friendly face travelers meet in the terminal, proactively starting conversations, explaining CLEAR’s benefits, and enrolling new members on the spot.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a sales role with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Confident and resilient in high-volume, face-to-face selling.
• Clear, engaging communication tailored to travelers.
• Customer-focused with ability to build trust quickly.
• Motivated by performance-based earnings.

Responsibilities

• Drive new member enrollments by approaching travelers and closing sales.
• Grow and retain memberships through renewals, reactivations, and referrals.
• Recommend relevant offerings based on traveler needs.
• Deliver warm, efficient experiences guiding travelers to enrollment.
• Meet individual and team goals through sales performance.
