CLEAR is hiring a Member Growth/Sales Ambassador at the airport to engage travelers, present CLEAR’s benefits, and enroll new members on the spot. This high-energy role offers performance-based earnings and an opportunity to excel in a fast-paced, face-to-face sales environment.

Responsibilities include driving enrollments, supporting renewals and referrals, tailoring solutions (such as TSA PreCheck when available), and delivering a warm, efficient enrollment experience while strictly following

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a sales role with a record of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Engage customers, share CLEAR’s offering, and stay motivated after challenges.
• Engaging and concise communication tailored to different travelers.
• Balance urgency to close with a great enrollment experience.
• Achieve enrollment, conversion, and upsell goals through performance.

Responsibilities

• Drive new member enrollments by approaching travelers and closing sales.
• Grow and retain membership, support renewals/reactivations, and encourage referrals.
• Tailor solutions based on traveler needs (e.g., TSA PreCheck where available).
• Create warm, efficient enrollment experiences and guide travelers to sign up.
• Own results and stay compliant with security protocols.
