Job summary

CLEAR is hiring a Member Growth/Sales Ambassador at the airport. You’ll be the friendly face travelers meet in the terminal, proactively starting conversations, explaining CLEAR’s benefits, and enrolling new members on the spot.

You’ll also help retain and reactivate members, delivering great service while meeting sales goals. This high-energy role suits experienced sales professionals who thrive in high-volume environments, enjoy face-to-face selling, and are motivated by performance-based

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Ability to engage customers, handle objections, and close sales.
• Willingness to work in a high-volume, face-to-face environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive new member enrollments by approaching travelers and closing sales.
• Grow and retain membership through renewals, reactivations, and referrals.
• Tailor solutions based on traveler needs (e.g., TSA PreCheck enrollment).
• Create warm, efficient experiences and guide travelers to enrollment.
• Own results and strive toward individual and team goals.
• Follow safety protocols and CLEAR operating standards.
