Job summary

CLEAR is hiring a Member Growth/Sales Ambassador at the Nashville airport. You’ll be the friendly face in the terminal, initiating conversations, explaining CLEAR’s benefits, and enrolling new members on the spot.

This high-energy role offers a competitive hourly base plus uncapped commission, rewarding you for enrollments, renewals, and referrals while delivering excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a sales role with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Confident, resilient, and able to engage customers and handle objections.
• Engaging, concise communication and the ability to adapt message for different travelers.

Responsibilities

• Drive new member enrollments: approach travelers, pitch, overcome objections, close sales.
• Grow and retain membership: support renewals/reactivations and encourage referrals.
• Tailor solutions: recommend relevant offerings based on traveler needs.
• Create great experiences: keep interactions warm and efficient, guiding enrollment.
• Own your results: stay focused and drive toward individual and team goals.
• Operate safely & compliantly: follow security protocols and airport operating standards.
