Job summary

CLEAR is hiring a Member Experience/Service Ambassador in Nashville. You will greet travelers, verify membership, guide them through the CLEAR process and resolve issues with empathy while maintaining safety standards.

The role includes team-based bonuses when location goals are met and a benefits package for eligible employees. The position requires at least 1+ year of customer service, the ability to stand up to 8 hours, and flexible shifts including weekends.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with high school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of client-facing customer service experience.
• Open availability including weekends and holidays.
• Able to stand for up to 8 hours per day and complete screenings.

Responsibilities

• Delight Members & Travelers by greeting, wayfinding, answering questions and creating memorable interactions.
• Verify CLEAR Members and escort them safely through their journey.
• Resolve member concerns by triaging and looping in support teams when needed.
• Keep operations flowing with signage, equipment readiness and proactive communication.
• Educate travelers about CLEAR benefits and services.
• Operate safely and compliantly by following security procedures and verifying documents.
