Job summary

CLEAR is seeking a friendly, high-energy Member Growth/Sales Ambassador to enroll travelers in the terminal and drive membership growth. You will proactively engage travelers, explain CLEAR’s benefits, and enroll new members on the spot while maintaining service quality and safety standards.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of sales experience, strong communication, and a customer-first mindset. Expect a base hourly wage with uncapped commission and location-based benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a sales role with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Ability to engage travelers and close sales.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive new member enrollments through in-person pitches and closing.
• Grow and retain membership including renewals and referrals.
• Tailor solutions based on traveler needs (e.g., TSA PreCheck enrollment).
• Deliver warm, efficient interactions guiding travelers to enrollment.
• Own results by meeting individual and team goals.
• Follow security protocols and CLEAR operating standards, verify IDs and documents.
