Job summary

Fountain is seeking a Member Experience/Service Ambassador in Orlando, Florida. In this role, you will provide exceptional service to CLEAR members, including greeting and assisting travelers, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth operations for a positive experience. Applicants should have a high school diploma and at least one year of customer service experience. The position offers an hourly wage of $20.00 and requires availability for shifts including weekends and holidays, along with the ability to stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older; high school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of client-facing customer service experience (retail, hospitality, travel, food services, etc.).
• Open availability for shifts, including weekends/holidays.
• Able to stand for up to 8 hours per day.
• Successful completion of airport badging and government screening, including a drug test.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, proactive assistance in the CLEAR lanes—greeting, wayfinding, answering questions.
• Warmly welcome and verify CLEAR Members, guiding them smoothly through their journey.
• Triage and resolve member concerns, loop in support teams when needed.
• Ensure lane readiness and guide smooth member flow.
• Share information about CLEAR benefits and services.
• Follow security protocols and uphold airport and company safety procedures.
