Job summary

Daifuku in Hawaii seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily operations of the maintenance team and ensure timely, safe servicing of ground support equipment, facilities, and baggage handling systems. You will supervise technicians, coordinate with airport staff, and uphold the company’s safety and quality standards.

You will also help manage preventive maintenance, training, and performance appraisals while supporting budgeting and parts inventory as needed to maintain peak site

Qualifications

• Experience supervising 3+ employees in a maintenance/ops environment.
• Ability to read electrical/hydraulic schematics.
• Must have own basic hand tools and ability to work non-traditional schedules.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of 3+ employees to ensure maintenance schedules are met.
• Direct supervision of daily assignments; schedule mechanics for ground support equipment and baggage handling areas.
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance and overhauls with airport and airline staff to minimize downtime.
• Ensure adherence to OSHA/safety policies and company procedures.
• Maintain turnover reports and promote zero-defects and continuous improvement.
