Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and at least 5 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
• Valid Driver’s License is required.
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain TSA and airport security clearance.
• Preventive maintenance and repair of PBBs, GPU, and preconditioned air units.
• Preventive maintenance and repair of a BHS including PLC, conveyor motors and belts, diverters, and control room operations.
• Record maintenance and production of system performance reports using a CMMS.
• Experience delivering best-in-class customer experience and strong business acumen with P&L management.

Responsibilities

• Manage the maintenance operation of baggage handling systems (BHS) and passenger boarding bridges (PBB).
• Oversee monthly preventive/predictive maintenance (PM) schedules and ensure 100% compliance.
• Lead daily coordination with airport operations, station managers, and leadership to address needs and resolve issues.
• Manage budgets, optimize resources, and control costs while maintaining service quality.
• Establish a customer-centric site culture with fast response times to concerns and requests.
• Oversee daily site operations for peak performance and safety compliance.
• Schedule workforce, manage work orders, and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Lead incident response and emergency protocols to maintain uninterrupted service.
