Job summary

Oshkosh AeroTech is seeking a detail‑oriented Work Order Coordinator to support daily airport operations. You will monitor critical systems, coordinate maintenance requests, manage CMMS work orders, and communicate with maintenance teams, airlines, and airport stakeholders to keep facilities running safely and efficiently.

The role emphasizes problem‑solving, organization, and teamwork in a fast‑paced airport setting.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience in administrative support, customer service, dispatching, work order coordination, or related field.
• Computer proficiency with Outlook, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Receive, document, and maintain records of service requests and inquiries.
• Coordinate and dispatch maintenance personnel for equipment issues and outages.
• Maintain knowledge of airport system layouts and equipment to support daily operations.
• Manage work orders in CMMS with updates and documentation.
• Prepare reports and support contingency plans during outages or disruptions.
