Job summary

Oshkosh AeroTech, a leading provider of aviation ground support and airport services, seeks a Site Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations with a focus on safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. You will oversee BHS, PBB, and PM programs while coordinating with airlines, TSA, and airport authorities.

This hands-on leadership role requires building a safety culture, driving cost efficiency, and developing teams to deliver reliable service across a dynamic airport environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain TSA and airport security clearance.
• Preventive maintenance and repair of PBBs, ground power units, and preconditioned air units.
• Preventive maintenance and repair of a BHS, including PLCs, conveyors, high-speed diverters, and control room operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance of baggage handling systems (BHS) and passenger boarding bridges (PBB).
• Oversee PM schedules with 100% compliance and timely execution.
• Coordinate daily with airport operations, station managers, and leadership to address needs and resolve issues.
• Manage budgets, optimize resources, and control costs while maintaining service quality.
• Lead incident response and emergency protocols to ensure uninterrupted service.
