The role requires extensive Baggage Handling System experience, leadership at scale, and management of multi-disciplinary teams within a large hub airport setting. We seek a seasoned supervisor skilled in operations oversight, safety, and customer coordination, able to drive process improvements and stay flexible for 24/7

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of supervisory or managerial experience at a large hub airport.
• Extensive Baggage Handling System (BHS) experience required.
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary maintenance teams in an airport environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily guidance to Site Supervisors to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
• Coordinate personnel scheduling and manage work orders.
• Oversee emergencies and maintain communication with Customers, Airlines, TSA and Airport Authorities.
• Supervise HR tasks and invoicing to fulfill contract requirements.
