Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• 10+ years supervisory or managerial experience at a large hub airport.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily guidance to Site Supervisors to ensure operational efficiency and oversee scheduling, work orders, safety, and productivity.
• Mentor and train team members, fostering strong teamwork and high customer satisfaction.
• Develop and refine processes and documentation to streamline operations, manage emergencies, and coordinate with Customers, Airlines, TSA, and Airport Authorities.
