Excellent communication skills, multitasking, and a focus on guest satisfaction are essential. You will work various shifts and assist with maintaining hygiene and safety standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure a positive guest experience and resolve complaints.
• Act as contact point between Front and Back of House staff.
• Communicate food orders to chefs and pay attention to priorities.
• Assist wait staff with table setting and maintaining cleanliness.
• Serve food and beverage items safely and in a timely manner.
• Check in with guests and take additional orders as needed.
• Inform restaurant staff about guest feedback.
• Maintain knowledge of food and beverage offerings.
