Qualifications

• 3+ years in hospitality, restaurant, retail, or catering leadership role (ASsistant Manager, Shift Manager, or similar).
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Strong business acumen including inventory management, cost control, and financial performance.
• Knowledge of food safety, allergen management, responsible alcohol service, and operational compliance.
• Experience managing high‑volume food and beverage operations.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and conflict‑resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a service-focused culture that delivers exceptional guest experiences, drives revenue and loyalty, maintains food and beverage standards, manages guest feedback, and ensures efficient daily operations.
• Support financial performance through effective P&L management, inventory control, waste reduction, cost management, vendor coordination, and clear communication of business results.
• Recruit, develop, coach, and engage high-performing team members while fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
• Ensure compliance with all company, health, safety, licensing, regulatory, and airport operational requirements.
