Job summary

Escape Lounges / Cavu is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead day-to-day operations in our premium airport lounge, ensuring world-class guest experiences and food and beverage excellence. You will supervise a skilled team, manage scheduling and onboarding, and guarantee health, safety, and TSA compliance across all shifts.

This hands-on hospitality leadership role demands strong communication and multitasking abilities, along with a drive for excellence in guest service and operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hospitality or restaurant management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with POS systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all lounge operations—front of house, back of house, and admin.
• Lead and coach the lounge team to deliver 5-star service.
• Manage scheduling, onboarding, and employee relations; ensure TSA and health/safety regs.
• Foster a welcoming guest experience reflecting Escape Lounge standards.
• Monitor food quality, inventory, and menu adherence.
• Collaborate with partners to maintain brand and operational standards.
• Promote a positive team culture focused on service, safety, hospitality.
