CAVU Holdings (AMER) Inc. is seeking an experienced Lounge General Manager to lead one of our Escape Lounges at the Minneapolis airport.

You will oversee front-of-house and kitchen operations, drive guest satisfaction, manage EBITDA and costs, and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional hospitality. Qualifications

• 3+ years managing hourly staff in hospitality or retail.
• Proven track record in delivering high-end guest service.
• Experience leading high-volume catering teams.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting experience.
• Knowledge of P&L, margins, and labor deployment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
