Glass & Vine is seeking a skilled line cook for our airport location. You will prepare and cook dishes following recipes, manage time efficiently, and maintain a clean, organized kitchen environment.

The role requires passion for cooking and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting. The ideal candidate has prior line cook experience, strong knowledge of cooking techniques, and a solid understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.

Qualifications

• Previous line cook experience in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and specifications.
• Use knives, kitchen equipment, and tools safely and efficiently.
• Ensure that all dishes are cooked to perfection and served in a timely manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including food storage areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of ingredients and supplies.
• Communicate with the kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by management.
