Job summary

OHM Concessions Group is seeking motivated cooks to join a fast-paced airport kitchen. Flexible full-time and part-time shifts are available. Candidates should bring a positive attitude, the ability to work under pressure, and experience as a line cook delivering quality food that satisfies customers.

Responsibilities include food prep, safety compliance, and maintaining clean workstations. Strong English communication and teamwork are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proven cooking experience, including line cook experience.
• Knowledge of food preparation methods and safety regulations.
• Able to pass pre-employment background check.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to communicate effectively in English.
• Open availability with flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food for service using approved recipes and standards to ensure quality, temperature and portion control.
• Maintain safety while using knives and other prep equipment.
• Restock or breakdown workstation at shift end.
• Assist in controlling costs by proper waste management.
• Clean, sanitize and maintain all work areas, equipment and utensils to meet sanitation standards.
• Demonstrate speed, accuracy, and organization; multitask effectively.
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude with coworkers and customers.
