First Meridian Services, Inc. is seeking a Cook to prepare and cook a variety of dishes in a fast-paced airport kitchen.

You’ll work with a team to ensure meals meet recipes and standards while maintaining cleanliness and safety in a high-visibility environment. The role requires flexibility for early mornings and some evenings, with benefits including health, dental, vision insurance after eligibility, and employee development opportunities.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• 1+ years’ experience as a cook in a full-service restaurant.
• ServeSafe Certification a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications.
• Ensure all food is cooked and presented in a timely manner and meets quality standards.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization of workstations, equipment, and storage areas.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines for a safe kitchen environment.
• Assist in preparation and portioning of ingredients for cooking.
