Job summary

Olive & Finch Collective in Denver is seeking a Line Cook for DEN Airport to execute chef-driven meals in a fast-paced setting. You will read orders, prepare dishes to recipe specifications, and coordinate with prep and steward teams to keep the line moving during peak travel times.

This role requires flexibility for weekends/evenings/early mornings and the ability to pass the airport badge background check. Competitive hourly pay and benefits accompany growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Airport badge requires passing federal background check and fingerprinting.
• Experience as line cook in high-volume fast casual.
• Ability to read, comprehend and execute recipes quickly and accurately.
• Availability to work weekends, evenings, early mornings and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items to Olive & Finch recipes and plating standards.
• Read tickets and prioritize orders for fast, consistent service.
• Ensure dishes meet temperature, taste and presentation standards.
• Coordinate with Prep Cooks to maintain stocked station during peak hours.
• Work with Kitchen Stewards to keep plates, pans and utensils moving smoothly.
• Support back-of-house shifts and maintain station organization.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary workstation and follow all safety procedures.
• Break down and label items per FIFO at shift end.
