You will work with a team, receive training, and contribute to guest satisfaction through consistent quality. A high-volume kitchen background and ServSafe certification are highly valued.

Competenze

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• 2+ years culinary experience in a high-volume environment.
• Experience across stations: meat, fish, pizza, pasta, garde manger, etc.
• SERV Safe certification or equivalent within 30 days of hire.
• Knowledge of cooking techniques, safety, and sanitation.
• Able to lift 35 lbs or more.

Mansioni

• Prepare menu items for respective stations, ensuring ingredients are prepped, portioned and accessible for service.
• Follow OTG specifications and directions, controlling quality of all food items prepared and served.
• Maintain organization, cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives, stoves, ovens, broilers, slicers, steamers and kettles.
• Ensure uniform and personal appearance meet OTG standards.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with teammates, fostering a guest-centric environment.
• Assist in training new kitchen staff on procedures, safety protocols and food prep techniques.
• Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, notifying management of shortages.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and feedback during service to uphold guest satisfaction.
• Engage in ongoing learning to enhance culinary skills and team performance.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
