Qualifications

• 2+ years of culinary experience in a high-volume environment.
• Experience working across multiple kitchen stations (meat, fish, pizza, pasta, garde manger).
• Must obtain ServSafe certification or equivalent within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items for respective stations, ensuring ingredients are prepped and accessible for service.
• Follow OTG specifications and directions, controlling quality of food items prepared and served.
• Maintain organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of work areas and equipment; comply with health and safety regulations.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently (knives, stoves, ovens, broilers, slicers, steamers, kettles).
• Ensure uniform and personal appearance meets OTG standards.
• Develop positive relationships with team members to foster guest satisfaction.
• Assist in training new kitchen staff on procedures and safety protocols.
• Monitor inventory levels and notify management of shortages to ensure service continuity.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and feedback; maintain high guest satisfaction.
• Engage in continuous learning of culinary skills to enhance performance.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
